RastaBoyz was created in year 2000AD summer, in respect to the reggae scene in Vancouver, BC and surrounding interiors. Built on a solid foundation of reggae vibe with influence of hip-hop, soul, funk and calypso beats, two artists and a dj "rEdEyEz" was on their way to create a new and exciting place for reggae music in BC.  RastaBoyZ has created a scene for themselves also by performing with local and international bands in town at various club venues and events i.e.: Bob Marley Birth Day annual concert, Bounty Hunter and the Mutineers, Triple Three Soul, N-didi Cascade and also opened for musician such as Culture, Half-Pint, Madd Professor, Lee Scratch Perry, Burning Spear and more....with an in town residency at such places like the Brick Yard, The Green Room, Purple Onion, Cafe Duex Soliels and Club Vibes in Vancouver, BC.  RastaBoyZ is BCs newest and most verseitile reggae/hip-hop band for Canada's West Coast, RastaBoyZ group talent is made up of an all island boyz from Jamaica to Trinida in heart and soul, (OSC) original spoil child aka (Larry Phillip Jordan), Meky rEdEyEz aka (Micahel Thompson) and Shy-Lox aka (Shem Trotman).
